Tips for baking halva


The best flour for halva is bread flour and especially sangak flour; you can serve this tasty halva with Mikado ( طرز تهیه حلوا ساده ) pastry as well, pour it over a layer of halva bread and spread it completely, then spread another bread. Put and cool after baking.
